    You can connect the Curve BT iDock to two Bluetooth devices at the same time.

  • How does the auto-reconnection work between the Curve BT iDock and my phone?

    The Curve BT iDock is designed to reconnect to your phone automatically via bluetooth.

    If you take your phone out of the 10-meter range for more than 30 seconds (without turning the Curve BT iDock off / turning your phone's bluetooth off), and then come back into range, the Curve BT iDock will search for your phone and connect automatically.

    **Please note that the Curve BT iDock iDock will not reconnect automatically if you have manually disconnected your phone from the Curve BT iDock using your phone's bluetooth menu, e.g. by turning bluetooth off / turning the phone off**

    In this case you will need to use your phone's bluetooth menu to reconnect.

  • Why is the white LED light on the base flickering? / I am unable to charge my Curve BT iDock iDock handset?

    1. Can you let us know if you are able to charge the Curve BT iDock iDock (MM03) using the USB cable connected to your computer? Do you see any white LED light turned on in this case?

    2. Please also ensure that you have placed the handset into correct direction onto the base, i.e the pins of the handset on top of the base.
