Refund Policy

Sales & Refund

If you purchase from our online store, you can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card in payment). Once credit card authorization is received, we will proceed the shipment. If credit card authorization is not received, your checkout will be cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

In order to provide full customer satisfaction and ensure you enjoy shopping at website, we have a complete sales and refund policy to protect your purchase.

We offer a full credit return policy for product/s bought directly from www.nativeunion.com website within 30 days from shipment under the following terms and conditions :
We can only give refund if you receive defective product/s from Native Union and we can only replace defective product/s that are purchased from www.nativeunion.com website and we will not be liable for purchase of wrong product.

If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, please write a reserve on the delivery bill. We will be happy to give you an exchange.

Please submit your Return of Merchandise request to return@nativeunion.com before sending your return to us. All returned product/s must be in their original packaging including manuals; accessories and etc. must be returned to the following address :

Subjected to the product's availability, we may give you another product at the same price or if the product will not be available in 4 weeks, you can request for a sales refund. In this case, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account and no processing charge will be imposed.

The entire process takes about 3 to 5 weeks.

Please note that Design Pool Ltd does not permit the return of used or damaged by mis-handle product.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact Customer Services at +852 2522 0880. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.

Proof of Purchase

Design Pool Ltd will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you an receipt when your order is shipped.

Shipping Details

The estimated shipment date of your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. It does not include delivery time. Payment process will not begin until we receive all the necessary information and the full payment (or the full authorization in the case of credit card).

Payment process for orders placed during weekend or holiday will not begin until the next business day.

Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holiday.

Note: Design Pool Ltd have no liability for the product damage and loss caused in shipping.
