Connection issue/ wired handset does not work properly?
Please check the below checking points when using our handset:
- 1) Make sure you have plugged in the handset jack all the way into you mobile phone, you will hear a click
- 2) Check if your mobile phone need an adapter here: www.nativeunion.com/adaptors
- 3) Sometimes some dust might be stuck inside your mobile phone that may interfere with the connection, so please ensure that this part is clean
- 4) If possible, can you please check and try to use our handset with another mobile phone and see if this works well

If you have no idea which adapter you need for your mobile so as to make the Native Union product works perfectly, please check this page: www.nativeunion.com/adaptors.
