Returns and Refunds Policy

In order to ensure your shopping experience goes as smoothly as possible, we have a hassle free returns and refund policy to protect your purchase.

Warranty

We provide a one-year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase for all Native Union products.
If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately at returns@nativeunion.com
Please always include valid proof of purchase in your initial enquiry, such as your order number at www.nativeunion.com, a receipt from an authorised seller, or an activated authenticity code from the Native Union owners club.

Returns

Please note that we only accept the returns of products purchased directly from www.nativeunion.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be returned in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding all shipping and handling fees.
If you believe your product is defective, please first contact us at support@nativeunion.com clearly specifying your issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will issue you a full refund including all delivery charges.
Discounted products (unless defective), incorrect products purchased and damaged products through mis-handling are non-returnable.

Conditions

  • Native Union is not responsible for the return shipping of products. We therefore recommend you send products to us using a registered delivery service. We ask that you also send us your proof of postage.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If the product is found to be defective, we will refund the cost of postage when the item is received.
  • Please email to returns@nativeunion.com for procedures regarding returns.

Refund

After we have received your returned goods, we will process your request for a refund - payment should be received within 10 days. Refunds will be issued based on your original payment.
