Returns and Refunds Policy

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

We provide a one-year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase for all Native Union products. If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@nativeunion.com.

Provide a valid proof of purchase in your initial enquiry, such as your order number at www.nativeunion.com or a receipt from an authorised seller.

This warranty does not include damages that arose from negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the product instruction (dropping the product,…)

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Only items purchased directly from www.nativeunion.com will be accepted. For products bought from authorized sellers, please get in touch with them directly for their returns policy.

Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-returnable items include items purchased from retailers. Discounted products (unless defective), incorrect products purchased and damaged products through mishandling are non-returnable.

Returns made without a receipt may be refused. Native Union reserves the right to deny any return.

REFUNDS

Processed refunds are completed within 10 days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (Paypal, credit card, debit card, etc.).

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

Clearly specify the issue with your purchased items. If the problem cannot be resolved and the items were bought within 14 days, we will issue you a full refund including all delivery charges.

CANCELING ORDERS

Placed orders that are not yet shipped out can be canceled. Items already shipped may not be reversible and must then be returned for a refund (please see Returns section). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.
