"Charges my phone when I place it on top of it! Works with iPhone 12 too! No issues just a quirk where you have to place it centered with the pad for it to charge properly. Native Union offers these in Beautiful colors. Hope they continue to produce more pastel colored chargers!"

"This item is not compatible with the iPhone 13 mini as listed. I used this device for a year with an iPhone SE2 and it was flawless. I upgraded to an iPhone 13 mini and checked compatibility. Unfortunately, even though the iPhone 13 mini is listed as a compatible device, it is not the case. I use this charger at night and have woken up to a flashing red indicator light and a half or less charged phone more often that not since the upgrade. I have tried with case, no case, etc. nothing has helped. Too bad as this was a waste of money from a forward compatibility perspective. An $8 unit from target works flawlessly."

"I wake up every morning with a dead phone. I have read the reviews and the responses that “you develop muscle memory to where to place the phone,” which is a complete lie. Every night I place my phone on the charger, it lights up that it is charging, and then minutes later it is no longer working. I’ve reached out to support and read the help desk information—still, I wake up every morning with a dead phone. This much effort should not go into charging a phone. An absolute waste of money; if I could give this negative stars, I would."
