SHIPPING HUBS

All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our distribution centers in the United States, Europe, or Hong Kong, depending on your location and stock availability. Please note that import duties, taxes, or VAT may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid in order to receive the order.

A processing time of 1–2 business days applies to every order, regardless of the chosen shipping method or delivery address. For example, an order placed on a Friday might not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. Our order processing is fully automated; therefore, once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

SHIPPING COSTS

The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location and desired shipping speed. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page.

USA Shipping

Most US standard shipments are handled by multiple carriers and postal service providers. US Standard shipments typically arrive at their destination within 5–7 business days, though they may occasionally take longer. US Express Shipments, on the other hand, will reach their destination in 3–5 business days. 

USA Expedited Shipping

Most expedited shipments are sent through FedEx.

Packages usually reach their destination in 2-3 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders placed after 9 AM Hong Kong Time may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

International Shipping

Most standard international shipments are handled by multiple carriers and postal service providers. Packages are dispatched from one of our distribution centers in the United States, Europe, or Hong Kong, depending on your location and stock availability. As a result, delivery times may vary.

For most international orders (outside the US):
Standard Shipping typically takes 4–10 business days.
Express Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days.

These estimates do not include order processing time and may vary by destination country or region. You will see the expected delivery timeframe for your specific address when selecting the shipping method at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, especially for Standard Shipping. Many factors outside our control (including customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, and regional conditions) can affect actual transit times. We wish we could provide more precise timelines, but the complexities of international shipping make this impossible.

Express (expedited) shipping is available only to select international markets due to the high costs and regulatory complexities associated with expedited customs clearance and duties. Availability will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

International Expedited Shipping

We only offer an expedited service option to select international markets due to the complexities and cost of international duties associated with expedited shipping.

VAT & Duties

Import duties, taxes, or VAT may apply depending on the destination country, regardless of whether the shipment originates from our warehouses in the United States, or Europe and Hong Kong. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered.

Native Union strives to provide the best possible international shipping experience; however, once the package leaves our warehouse, the process is largely handled by customs authorities and local postal services, which are beyond our control.
