"I bought the W. F. A Backpack (Slate Green) during the Black Friday. I've got it quite a great value. However, when it arrived, the stitching was broken out of the box. So I contacted customer service for a claim. They happened to reply very quickly and offer a whole replacement. The process was very simple. The replacement product delivered even faster than the original one. I've been using it for a week now and absolutely love it."
