"This product was not what I expected. Perhaps I misunderstood the listing, but based on the pictures, I assumed it was a longer cable that coils into the center black component. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. The cable is extremely short—too short to be practically useful. I’ve used many Native Union products before and have generally been satisfied, but this one has been my least favorite. When I received it, I considered returning it, but decided not to, assuming it was my mistake for not checking the description and measurements carefully. Still, I found the actual design quite disappointing. I originally thought it would be a compact, keychain-friendly charging solution—something I could keep on me at all times and easily extend when needed. But the cord doesn’t expand from the center as I expected, and its length makes it impractical for real-world use."
